Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward emails from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
